We’re not just here for holiday guests or paddlers. Many of our visitors simply come for coffee, breakfast or lunch.

Our House Coffee
Roasted just for us by The Penny Roaster in Holbrook, Suffolk. A unique blend we can trace back to individual family farms and available to take home by the bag.
Local Produce
Locally sourced ingredients and homemade favourites, from freshly prepared dishes to treats from the oven, all served with relaxed riverside views.

We offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options across our menus, and our team are always happy to help with dietary requirements or preferences
Also, our counter is filled daily with homemade scones, cakes and sweet treats. Pair with a carefully brewed espresso, Americano or our speciality coffee and enjoy the beautiful views.
Many of our regulars visit just for coffee and cake and stay longer than they planned!

Afternoon Tea at Constable Park Café is a relaxed riverside experience, perfect for birthdays, catch-ups or simply something a little different. Enjoy:

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available. When you make your booking, just add any dietary requirements or preferences to the notes.
Afternoon Tea is served between 12–2:45pm and requires 24 hours’ notice and a £10 deposit per person.

Table Bookings
Bookings are managed via our Dojo booking system. Walk-ins are always welcome, but we recommend booking for weekends and busier periods. If you are staying on-site, you can make a booking when you check in or online.

Frequently Asked Questions
Dogs are very welcome in our outside seating area and covered veranda. Our indoor café space is small, so unfortunately, we are unable to allow dogs inside. You can book a veranda or outdoor table via our website. Just add a note to let us know you’ll be bringing your dog.
Yes! You’re very welcome to decorate your table and bring a cake to celebrate. We simply ask that you avoid confetti or very small decorations to help us keep the space clean and enjoyable for everyone.
When booking, simply add a note to let us know you’ll be arriving on foot or by paddle. We always try to be as flexible as possible, but tables are held for 15 minutes. If you’re running early or late, please give us a call so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Walk-ins are always welcome at Constable Park Cafe. We do highly recommend booking a table any day we are open, as we can get busy.
For tables of up to 8 guests, you can book online as usual. For groups of 9 or more, please follow the enquiry instructions within our booking system. Our indoor space can accommodate a single table of 16, and the same applies outside. If you require multiple tables, we’re often able to increase overall capacity.
