Shared Sauna seat Available as either female only or mixed sex one hour time slots. Perfect to wind down, perhaps a cool down on the sun loungers or a wild river cold plunge. Ideal to add to a café table booking or a paddleboard/kayak hire. Please note there is a minimum number of participants of 2 per booking so there is a safety element should anyone overheat during use. Male participants need to ensure they book a mixed session to avoid disappointment without refund. Please wear swimwear for all sessions.
